Guitar
Recently, I've been deciding to possibly start playing guitar. I'm a little overwhelmed by everything but I think its something I really want to do. But I think... I'm a little worried that this will be something I will pick up and drop eventually. It sounds like such a cool idea know but what will I think in about a year? Music is something I love and I really, REALLY want to try it out, but I don't want to put time, money, effort in to something that I might not continue. So I don't know what to do. I think I might just wait a little and buy my own guitar so I don't feel bad if I waste someones money(not that I plan on not continuing but life gets hectic). I just get like butterflies in my stomach when I think about guitars, and I've had people tell me it looks natural for me to hold a guitar. So maybe I'll just wait and do some research. Then there is the matter of lessons or should I teach myself, what brand, what accessories, what size, should I go to a shop and have a professional help me pick one, or should I consult family members that have experience about guitars? Decisions decisions...

You should totally play the guitar. I was in the same position you were in a few months ago, and I decided to go for it. I'm still playing and it is really fun to write your own songs. You might want to start by teaching yourself, just to see if you really have a feel for the instrument. I don't know what brand to use, I just use my dad's old one. As for the size, I don't know. It depends on how tall/big you are. My dad's is a jumbo, but my sister's is a small, and there are a bunch more out there! Hope this helped! :D
